Sales Administrator (Japanese Bilingual)A global trading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through a blend of accounting, sales processing, supply chain, and communication activities. The role is integral to supporting export operations, inventory management, and customer relations in a fast-paced, international environment.Essential DutiesOrganize trial orders for export to international marketsCoordinate with packaging companies to ensure export packaging requirements are metCollaborate with internal compliance teams to arrange export freightCommunicate with overseas parent company as neededCalculate material orders using internal systems, place orders with suppliers, and manage delivery schedulesControl inventory by balancing customer demand with supplier schedules to avoid shortages or excess stockAnalyze data to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact customersPlace sales orders and arrange timely deliveries, ensuring customer requirements are metCalculate pricing for customers using supplier quotes and standardized quotations; prepare sales and gross profit budgetsMaintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers and suppliers through daily follow-up and communicationAttend and facilitate meetings, including presenting information to groupsSet up new parts in the database using confirmed customer specificationsFacilitate just-in-time (JIT) deliveries by coordinating with suppliers, transportation companies, and customersAssist with accounting and quality issues, supporting other departments as neededWorking Hours, Working StyleStandard full-time hours, typically Monday to Friday.
