About the Role As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Osage Beach location. You'll be responsible for driving sales, controlling expenses, maintaining an outstanding shopping experience, and developing a high-performing team. Most importantly, you'll represent our company values through exceptional leadership and customer service. What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Create and manage weekly schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Customer Experience

• Deliver and model exceptional customer service.

Store Operations

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product presentation.
• Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, deliveries, and restocking.
• Coordinate promotions, marketing initiatives, and special events.

Business Performance

• Drive sales growth while controlling operating expenses.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Protect company assets and inventory from loss.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
