Responsibilities

- Assemble and test modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables using diagrams, drawings, and layouts
- Operate hand and power tools to efficiently complete assembly tasks
- Perform continuity checks and troubleshoot assemblies in process and after completion
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble experimental or prototype assemblies as required
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards throughout all tasks
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve assembly challenges

Required Skills and Experience

- 15+ years of hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for assembly and testing
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience with electronic assembly and testing
- Familiarity with prototype or experimental assembly work
- Knowledge of quality inspection protocols
