What You’ll Be Doing

As a core member of our installation crew, you will handle top-tier exterior home improvements across the north east ohio area :

• Operating roll-forming machinery to custom-craft 5-inch K-style seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts on-site.
• Installing premium gutter protection systems, leaf filters,
• Executing professional gutter repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and specialty drainage solutions.
• Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal brakes safely while working at heights.
• Delivering exceptional craftsmanship and professional customer service on residential and commercial job sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Levels: Hiring for both Lead Installers (proven experience running a gutter or construction crew) and Apprentices (entry-level; we provide hands-on training!).
• Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Physical & Safety Standards: Ability to work outdoors in varying Ohio weather conditions and safely handle ladder work.
• Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Bonus Skills: Background in roofing, siding, carpentry, or general exterior construction.
