Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify pertinent mental health needs, employing evidence-based methodologies to ensure accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ psychosocial assessments, highlighting specific therapeutic goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy to address clients' needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with department policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to refine treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care that encompasses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Assist clients in discharge planning and ongoing care coordination, collaborating with local providers and community resources to facilitate seamless access to necessary services.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vertex Behavioral Healthcare, you will be working primarily with individuals and families facing a wide array of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, providing direct therapeutic services.

• Strong technological proficiency, including competence in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to clinical responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have experience in developing and implementing care plans for varied issues and those who have familiarity with community resources in the Erie area. Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
