Job Summary
Perform field repairs on fiberglass swimming pools (installed and staged). Support the Warranty/Claims team in the evaluation/assessment of warranty/claims. Act as a customer liaison in the evaluation of product issues/concerns and field customer questions.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
High School diploma-Preferred but not required. Valid US driver license-Required. 5-year fiberglass repair experience-Preferred but not required. Good customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Ability to resolve conflict diplomatically. Basic understanding of pools, equipment, and water chemistry an asset. Frequent travel required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
