Tap & Table is looking for an experienced, dependable Bar Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our neighborhood taphouse. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows the hospitality industry, leads by example, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You will actively manage operations on the floor while overseeing our small team and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Oversee daily taphouse operations and floor management Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Handle timecards, payroll coordination, and cash procedures Maintain POS, pricing, and product updates Plan and coordinate weekly events and entertainment Maintain OLCC, health, and safety compliance Provide excellent customer service and work closely with our surrounding food carts WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality management experience Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering Dependable, proactive, and comfortable making decisions independently Availability for evenings, weekends, and events OLCC permit or ability to obtain one We’re looking for someone who can see what needs to be done, make a plan, and follow through—and who wants the opportunity to build relationships with regulars and vendors, create great events, and make the operation their own. #J-18808-Ljbffr
