This role is responsible for transcribing recorded statements, uploading completed transcripts to CMS, and supporting claims operations while helping the team meet established service level agreements. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Hybrid work options are available in select departments at our Headquarters located in Fairfield, Ohio. Eligibility may vary based on your role, responsibilities, and departmental policies. The pay rate for this position is $14.00 an hour. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to: transcribe recorded statements and upload completed transcripts to CMS support department and corporate goals utilize transcription software and foot pedal operation help meet the ten-business-day service level agreement provide support to headquarters and field claims teams

Be equipped with: self-motivated attitude customer-focused mindset ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities strong organizational and time management skills effective verbal and written communication skills goal-oriented approach to work abstract thinking and problem-solving abilities ability to work collaboratively and independently strong attention to detail ability to produce accurate work proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word knowledge of transcription software and foot pedal operation preferred
